I have spoken many times about buy and hold investing for long-term wealth. There are many reasons that I believe rental properties are by far the best investment out there over the long term.   Rental properties are not very sexy which is why so many avoid investing in them. But, this is a HUGE mistake. Just because a small rental house only provides $150/mo of cash flow does not mean it is something you should not do.
