Happy New Year! That’s right we are a few days into 2016 and it is time to roll up our shirt-sleeves and get to work.
I know it has been a little while since you have heard from me. I promise I have not gone anywhere. In fact quite the contrary…I have been ramping things up on my end to be able to send you more quality content and serve you better in the up coming year.
I had a tremendous time finishing the year off strong with a group of investors that came to Phoenix from all over the country and Canada. We did a week long, hands on foreclosure auction tour that was partnered with Dustin Hahn International.
This was a tremendous event that I was humbled to be a part of. This was not your average “seminar”. In fact it was a fully immersive, get your hands dirty, get out on the road and learn Real Estate Action Seminar.
We loaded the students up in vans and looked at deals. We went and attended the Trustee Sales and had students bid on properties. A couple of our students even came away with some actual real deals by the end of the week.
I truly loved spending time with each and everyone that attended. I loved answering questions, teaching what I know and collaborating with all that attended. We will definitely be doing more of these in 2016 and I hope that you will take the opportunity to join us when we do.
If you have ever wanted to really get in the trenches and learn about real estate investing from the ground up…what’s working now, what’s not working, what’s a real deal look like, how do I fix up a property etc. then you absolutely must attend our next event.
I know this may sound like a shameless plug, but truly I get so pumped about this because I learn as much from it as those who attend do. The level and quality of the individuals that attended was top notch.
So, with that in mind, and with it being the start of a new year, I have been a bit self-reflective. As I like to do this time of year, I sit down and assess what I did last year, what worked and didn’t work, what I want to achieve this coming year.
Tops on my list is to be able to give more to those that are a part of our tribe, our community. How can I best serve you? What questions of yours can I answer? How can we partner together?
One of the things that came as a result of the foreclosure auction tour was gaining a new partner for deals. I am always looking for new partners and ways to do deals with students. I love sharing information and giving in such a way that we can do deals together. Some times that is as a straight partnership. Other times that is you bringing deals to me. And still others is me bringing deals to you.
So this year I am going to focus more on GIVING. In the next week I am going to be asking those of you that are interested in wholesale type deals from me to click a link and you will be emailed every time that we have a new deal.
I am also going to be setting up a system this year for you to be able to submit your deals to me and my network. This will be a way for you to be able to have me, or my vast network buy your wholesale deals from you.
I am also going to offer out the ability to all that are interested in a way to partner with me. This type of opportunity would be for those of you with capital that want to participate with me in deals that I am doing.
And, last but not least, I am going to work very hard at continuing to provide you with the type of high quality content that you want. So, this is where you come in.
